There are absolutely no hidden fees or charges on any order that is placed with us. The prices listed are the only prices you will pay, unless you choose to upgrade your posting to farther areas rather than come-collect, the method we are offering free of charge to clients around us.
We answer your phone calls right away, we respond to emails in a timely manner, and if we miss any attempt at contact, we will get back to you as soon as possible. We know as well as anyone, personal contact is imperative, and we don’t want you to feel like you are ever more than a phone call away from reaching us.
Our Pricing Structure
All of our products and services are priced in accordance with the live spot prices of gold and silver charts. Our up-to-the-minute spot price feed is compiled of data gathered from various reliable sources, ensuring our spot prices are always as accurate and current as possible.
Each of our product’s prices are based on the spot price of the items quality you choose plus a small premium. Our premiums over spot price are some of the lowest in the retail industry, and we also offer quantity discounts on the majority of our products and design services. In addition.
When you look at our product pages, you will see our current prices, as well as quantity discounts and payment method discounts. Note, these prices are “fluid” and constantly changing based on the latest spot price of each metal.

Field Concepts Web Department is a recurring subscription service charged monthly. You may upgrade or downgrade your service at any time. To change your subscription level, visit your billing page and select your new plan. To shut down your account and delete all of your information, please email support@fieldconcepts.co.ke with “Cancel My Account” in the subject line.
Auto renewal
Field Concepts Web Development section is a subscription service and will continue until you cancel. It auto-renews at the end of each term and you will be charged for the subsequent term.
